Red Shift Theatre Company is pleased to announce this exciting collaboration with one of the UK's foremost producing theatres. Nottingham has previously presented two main stage dramas written by Jonathan Holloway. Jonathan's script is based on the original novel The Living and the Dead by Pierre Boileau and Thomas Narcejac which in turn inspired the classic thriller movie directed by Alfred Hitchcock. All the hallmarks of Red Shift's innovative approach to stage adaptation are discernable in this intriguing story which the company toured to great acclaim 2006/07. Audiences can expect the unexpected as Nottingham's Artistic Director Giles Croft brings his personal vision to realising this hugely popular psychological thriller due to open in September 2008.
