LUCY CUDDEN
Doreen Carter, Audrey Fletcher, Glenda

Lucy graduated from the Central School of Speech and Drama in the summer of 2005. Her theatre credits include, Chorus in the UK premier of Don DeLillo's VALPARAISO at The Old Red Lion, in association with the Weaver Hughes Ensemble; Juliet in ROMEO AND JULIET at the Wycombe Swan Theatre, Birmingham REP/Centreline productions; and Lady/Understudy Juliet in ROMEO AND JULIET, Birmingham REP Theatre and no.1 UK tour both directed by Bill Bryden. Roles in training include Olivia in TWELTH NIGHT, Cressida in TOILUS AND CRESSIDA directed by Giles Block, Desdemona in OTHELLO, Elektra in ELEKTRA and Isobel Glass in THE SECRET RAPTURE. Other theatre roles include Teiresias in ANTIGONE Powerhouse Showcase Theatre, Chris in DANCING AT LUGHNASA, Abigail in THE CRUCIBLE Sewell Barn Theatre and Amy in RETURN TO TREASURE ISLAND Theatre Royal Norwich.

Television includes Jennifer in HEARTBEAT Yorkshire Television, Alice in EMMERDALE Yorkshire Television and Ellie in THE QUEST 2 directed by David Jason. Film includes Voodoo Girl in VOODOO GIRL, NFTS.

JACK LORD
Jack Carter

Jack's theatrical experience is extensive with productions including: KING LEAR, ANTHONY AND CLEOPATRA, MAJOR BARBARA, HOBSON'S CHOICE, A MOON FOR THE MISBEGOTTEN, QUIDS 'N' DIMPS, PICTURES OF CLAY (Royal Exchange Theatre Manchester); THE MAN OUTSIDE (Contact Theatre Manchester); THE WIZARD OF OZ (The Lowry), GLENGARRY GLEN ROSS (Didsbury Studio - Manchester); MOJO (Zion Theatre - Manchester); TOURS OF MACBETH (Manchester Actors Company); REINDEER MONOLOGUES (Crocket Theatre).
Jack has also worked in Television in PIERREPOINT, COLD FEET, CORONATION STREET (Granada). For Radio 4 he has appeared in FLUTTERBY.

   

 

ERIC MACLENNAN
Keith, Eric, Doorman, Len, Gerald Fletcher, Peter The Dutchman

Eric was born in Scotland. Studied theatre at the University of Warwick and trained at Ecole Jacques Lecoq in Paris. Most recently appeared in GORMENGHAST for the David Glass Ensemble, and HERE'S WHAT I DID WITH MY BODY ONE DAY for Lightwork. Extensive theatre work as a performer includes: Volcano Theatre, DV8 Physical Theatre, Boilerhouse, Royal Exchange Manchester, Citizens Theatre Glasgow, Bristol Old Vic, Mark Murphy, RNT Studio, London Bubble, Orange Tree Richmond, Ray Cooney's Theatre of Comedy, Salisbury Playhouse, TAG Theatre Glasgow, V-TOL, Scarlet Theatre, Lumiere and Son, and The Gate Theatre. As a director, Eric has worked with the comedy group "The Hairy Marys", and directed for London Bubble, Follistic (in Spain), and for The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. Eric is an associate artist of London Bubble. This is Eric's fourth show with Red Shift having previously appeared in THE WAY OF ALL FLESH, THE HAMMER and ORLANDO.

   

 

SALLY ORROCK
Edna Garfoot, Old Madam, Margaret

Sally trained at Drama Studio and has worked widely in theatre with credits including THE MINOTAUR (Sheffield Crucible); PLATFORM (ICA); MACBETH, A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM & HENRY V (Nuffield Theatre, Southampton); JACQUES AND HIS MASTER (Young Vic Studio); DUFF LUCK (Arcola Theatre); A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM (Queens Theatre, Hornchurch); KVETCH (Battersea Arts Centre); PERSONALS (The White Bear); EDUCATING RITA (European Tour, ADG); HAMLET (Horla Theatre Company).
Sally has performed play readings with The Royal Court, Riverside Studios and New Perspectives and voice-overs for MTV and L'OREAL.. Her film credits include THIRTY (Lee Productions); COURIERS (Kalizma Films); HEARTS FROM THE BUTCHER (Clocktower Productions).

   

 

TIM WEEKES
Frank Carter, Eddie, Thorpe, Maurice, Postmaster

Tim Weekes graduated from Goldsmiths College with a communications degree and went on to train at the Academy of Live and Recorded Arts. Get Carter will be Tim's third production with Red Shift, following his appearances in Hamlet and Nicholas Nickleby. Tim's previous theatre work includes Yerma (Southwark Playhouse), Sam in Wait Until Dark (Palace Theatre Watford), Puck in A Midsummer Night's Dream (Cannizaro Park Festival). Nicola in Arms and The Man (Orange Tree Theatre), Banquo in Macbeth (Royal National Theatre Education Department and Lord Silvo in The Duchess of Malfi (New Vic Theatre, Stoke on Trent). Tim's most recent role was the narrator in The Butterfly Lion for New Perspectives, which toured around the Midlands in 2004. His work for television includes Eastenders.
